Rates, Availability & Cancellations

Available Months
The cottage is available for rental from April through October.
Rates
Per person, based on double occupancy in each sleeping room. State sales tax not included. Click here for current rates.
Deposit & Balance
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance due at checkout.
Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Deposits are refunded if you notify us more than 60 days prior to your arrival date.
