sales tax. A deposit is required. Golf Rounds may not be scheduled
earlier that 11:00AM with a Sunday arrival nor after 12:00Noon in the
case of a Friday departure. |

| Reservation Policies |
All Golden Eagle facilities are smoke
free. We cannot accommodate pets but can recommend kennels in the
area.
Rates: Rates shown do not include 6.5% state sales tax. All rates are
based on one or two people per bedroom. Additional guests are welcome
for an additional charge of $20 per night. All rates are subject to
change.
Holidays will be billed at the same rate as weekends.
Reservations: A deposit of one half of the entire stay or one full
night's stay, whichever is larger, is required to confirm all
reservations. Deposits can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express or by sending a check or money order within five
days. Reservations not confirmed with a deposit will be automatically
cancelled. The balance is to be paid in full upon arrival.
A two night minimum stay is required on weekends and a 3-night minimum
some holiday weekends.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00
AM.
Cancellations: If your plans change, we will be pleased to cancel or
modify your reservation and refund your deposited (less a $25
administrative fee) provided we receive written notification at least
30 days prior to arrival. This also applies to guests who stay less
than the reserved dates. Your deposit will be applied to the last
night(s) of the reservation. If guests do not arrive on the date
specified on the reservation, the reservation will be automatically
cancelled at 8:00AM on the day after the reserved arrival date. Guests
are responsible for their entire stay. Late arrivals and early
departures will be charged for the full reservation stay. Please check
your confirmed dates carefully. |
