**** 2004 -2005 Best Places To Play rated four stars by Golf Digest;
Golden Eagle Golf Club joins an elite group of Minnesota courses. A
four star course is described in Fedor's Best Places to Play as
"Outstanding, plan your next vacation around it." As part of the
rating process Golden Eagle was also recognized for "Good Service" and
"Good Pace of Play". These National designations place Golden Eagle in
the top 2% of all courses eligible for rating. |

GOLF COURSE OF THE YEAR
The Midwest Gold Course Owners Association named Golden Eagle Golf
Club as their "Course of the Year" for 2004. It was cited for
Excellence in design, marketing, customer and community service and
good business practices. The award was presented at the Associations
annual meeting. |

BEST IN STATE TOP 20
Golden Eagle Golf Club has been named by Golf Digest to its "Best in
State top 20 for 2005-2006". The states top 20 golf courses are
selected from over 500 Minnesota courses, both public and private by
Golf Digest panelists who play and rate each course. The panelist's
consider criteria, which includes; shot value, resistance to scoring,
design variety, memorability, aesthetics, conditioning, ambiance and
walk ability. After the panelist's file their evaluations Golf Digest
then averages the scores in the different categories and totals the
averages to determine the overall ranking. This elite group of the
states top 20 courses includes 12 private clubs and 8 public access
courses. |
